Refund & Cancellation Policy

Effective Date: December 14, 2025

1. Free Trial (Evaluation Period)

Reelioo offers a 21-day free trial to all new users. This trial is designed to allow sufficient time to evaluate the platform, its analysis tools, and signal quality before committing to a paid subscription.

We strongly encourage users to make full use of the free trial period to determine whether the service meets their expectations.

2. Subscription Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time:

  • Via the billing section in your account settings, or
  • By contacting our support team at reeliooapp@gmail.com

Upon cancellation:

  • Future billing will stop immediately
  • You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle
  • Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund.

3. Refund Eligibility

Due to the digital, real-time, and proprietary nature of the Reelioo platform, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.

3.1 Initial Subscription (First Payment Only)
  • A full refund may be requested within 48 hours of the first successful payment
  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to reeliooapp@gmail.com
  • Refund eligibility applies only once per user
  • After the initial 48-hour window, the subscription is considered accepted.
3.2 Subsequent Billing Cycles
  • No refunds are provided for recurring monthly charges after the initial refund window
  • Partial refunds for unused time are not offered
3.3 Abuse & Misuse

Refunds will not be issued in cases involving:

  • Excessive usage or data extraction
  • Attempted redistribution, sharing, or commercial use
  • Violations of the Terms of Service
3.4 Technical Failures

In the event of a verified, platform-wide technical outage attributable to Reelioo and exceeding 24 consecutive hours, we may offer:

  • A pro-rated credit, or
  • A discretionary refund

Such decisions are made on a case-by-case basis.

4. Chargebacks & Disputes

If you have a billing concern, please contact us at reeliooapp@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.

Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:

  • Immediate account suspension
  • Permanent loss of access to the platform

We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly and fairly.

5. Policy Updates

Reelioo reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated through the platform or via email.
