Refund & Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: January 15, 2026
1. Free Trial (Evaluation Period)
Reelioo offers a **14-day free trial** to all new users via Gumroad. This trial is designed to allow sufficient time to evaluate the platform, its analysis tools, and signal quality before committing to a paid subscription.
We strongly encourage users to make full use of this risk-free period to determine whether the service meets their expectations. You will not be charged if you cancel before the 14th day.
2. Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via Gumroad:
- Click "Manage Subscription" in your original Gumroad email receipt.
- Or contact our support team at reeliooapp@gmail.com with your License Key.
Upon cancellation:
- Future billing will stop immediately.
- You will continue to have access to the service until the end of your current billing cycle.
- Cancellation does not automatically trigger a refund for previous payments.
3. Refund Eligibility
Due to the digital, real-time, and proprietary nature of the Reelioo platform, refunds are limited and subject to the conditions below.
- A full refund may be requested within **48 hours** of the first successful payment (Day 15).
- Refund requests must be submitted via email to reeliooapp@gmail.com.
- Refund eligibility applies only once per user.
- After the initial 48-hour window, the subscription is considered accepted.
4. Chargebacks & Disputes
If you have a billing concern, please contact us at reeliooapp@gmail.com before initiating a chargeback.
Initiating a chargeback without contacting support may result in:
- Immediate account suspension.
- Permanent ban from the platform and Gumroad store.
