All information, signals, confidence scores, whale alerts, and AI-generated insights provided by Reelioo are general in nature and do not constitute financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. Nothing on the platform should be construed as a recommendation to buy, sell, or hold any asset.
Reelioo operates on probabilistic models trained on historical data. Past performance is not indicative of future results. We make no representations or warranties regarding accuracy, profitability, or future performance. Cryptocurrency markets are volatile and unpredictable.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Reelioo (“the Terminal”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Service immediately.
3. Usage License & Restrictions
Reelioo grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes. You agree not to:
- Reverse engineer, copy, or attempt to extract proprietary models or logic
- Automate access, scrape data, or bypass rate limits
- Share account credentials or resell access
4. No Trade Execution
Reelioo does not execute trades, place orders, manage funds, connect to wallets, or act on behalf of users. All execution decisions are entirely controlled by the user through third-party platforms.
5. Service Availability
While we aim to maintain high availability, uninterrupted access is not guaranteed. Reelioo reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service, including specific features or market data feeds, at any time.
6. Subscription & Fees
Subscription fees grant access to the software platform only and do not guarantee profitability or trading success. Fees are independent of trading outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reelioo Intelligence Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in India.
