Reelioo has no accounts, asks for no personal details, and stores no name, email, phone number or IP address. This page describes exactly what it does keep, because a policy that overstates or understates that is worse than none.
What we collect
All of it is anonymous usage data, written to our own database. There is no third-party analytics or advertising tracker anywhere in the product.

What we do not collect
- No name, email address, phone number or postal address.
- No account, because there are no accounts.
- No IP addresses stored in our database.
- No advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and no analytics SDK.
- No wallet addresses, exchange keys or exchange connections. Reelioo cannot see your holdings, cannot place a trade, and never touches your funds.
Your chat messages
When you ask a question, the message is sent to OpenAI, which generates the written explanation. Market numbers are computed by us; OpenAI only writes the words around them. Do not put personal or confidential information into the chat box, exactly as you would not paste it into any other chatbot.
Your conversation is held in our server's memory so the assistant can follow the thread, and is deleted automatically after 24 hours of inactivity, or immediately when you press "New chat". It is not written to a database.
Your watchlist stays in your browser
If you use the "check my coins" feature, that list is saved in your own browser's local storage. It is sent to our server only to be scored, and is not saved there. We record only how many coins were checked, never which ones. Clear your browser data and the list is gone.
Cookies
One cookie, and it holds only the random session id described above. It is signed so it cannot be tampered with, and it is not used for advertising or for tracking you across other websites. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing optional to consent to.
Other companies involved
Being straight about this: loading a web page means your browser talks to whoever serves its parts, and those companies can see your IP address as a normal consequence. We do not send them anything about you beyond that.
- OpenAI — receives your chat messages to write replies.
- Binance — supplies market prices. We request public market data only; nothing about you is sent.
- Google Fonts and unpkg — serve the fonts and one script the pages use. Your browser requests those files directly, so those services see your IP address and browser type.
- Railway — hosts the application and the database.
How long we keep things
- Chat conversations: up to 24 hours, in memory only.
- Anonymous usage events: kept while the product is in beta, so we can see trends over time. They identify nobody.
- The signal track record: kept permanently and published, because an honest record cannot be edited after the fact. It contains coins, prices and outcomes. It contains nothing about you.
Your rights
We hold nothing that identifies you, so there is normally nothing to look up, export or erase. If you believe we hold something of yours and want it removed, write to us and we will deal with it. You can clear your session at any time with "New chat", or by clearing cookies and site data for this site.
Children
Reelioo is not intended for anyone under 18.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
