Terms and conditions

By using Reelioo you agree to what follows. It is written plainly on purpose: you should be able to understand what you are and are not getting without a lawyer sitting next to you.

The most important part

Reelioo is an information and education tool. It is not financial, investment, or trading advice, and we are not your financial adviser or broker. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell anything. Every decision you make with your money is yours alone.

1. What the service is

Reelioo analyses public market data for cryptocurrency perpetual futures and shows you what its rules found: a call of long, short or wait, a risk plan with entry, stop, target and a closing time, and the measured historical rate of that setup. It also publishes its own live results, wins and losses alike.

2. What the service is not

3. Risk warning

Crypto-asset trading is unregulated and highly risky. Prices can move violently and you may lose your entire capital. Perpetual futures involve leverage, which magnifies both gains and losses and can result in losing more than you put in. There is no regulatory recourse or investor protection scheme for losses. Never trade money you cannot afford to lose completely.

4. No guarantee of results

The percentages shown are historical measurements of how a setup behaved on past data, over a defined window, with assumptions about entry price and trading costs stated alongside them. Past behaviour does not predict future results. A setup with a positive record can lose repeatedly. We do not guarantee that any signal will be profitable, accurate, or even correct.

Our published results assume the trade is closed by its stated rules: at the target, at the stop, or at the closing time, whichever comes first. If you hold differently, your result will differ from ours, and our numbers will not describe what you did.

5. Data accuracy and availability

Market data comes from third-party exchange APIs. It may be delayed, wrong, or briefly unavailable, and prices you see may not match your exchange. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. It is in open beta, may change or break, and may be suspended or discontinued at any time.

6. Acceptable use

7. Intellectual property

The software, research, wording and design are ours. You may use the output for your own personal decisions and may share screenshots with attribution.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Reelioo and its operator are not liable for any trading loss, lost profit, or indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service, whether or not the information was delayed, wrong or unavailable. You use it at your own risk and on your own judgement.

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot lawfully be limited.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top changes when we do, and continuing to use the service means you accept the current version.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of India have jurisdiction over any dispute.
